- Designing and developing apprenticeship programmes aligned to organisational skills needs with current focus on AI and Data apprenticeships
- Leading end‑to‑end delivery from attraction and onboarding through to completion - currently leading the Day 1 feature team for all Next Generation Talent landing in 2026
- Building and managing relationships with other apprenticeship employers, training providers, and internal stakeholders across the business interested in Next Generation Talent
- Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and regulatory requirements and engaged with government policy changes for apprenticeships
- Monitoring apprentice progress, performance, and retention, intervening where needed with suppliers and business management
- Translating workforce and talent strategy into structured apprenticeship pathways specifically in the tech and data space within GCOO business areas
- Tracking programme performance using data, KPIs, and reporting on a monthly and ad hoc basis
- Driving continuous improvement of apprentice experience and outcomes through enhancements to the programmes
- Acting as a subject‑matter expert on apprenticeships, policy changes, and best practice for Next Generation Talent Partners facing into the business for new demand
