Since 2022 I have been rotating through different placements and projects within the business to build an understanding of the software development lifecycle and build competencies.

- Research and development
- Requirements Gathering
- Requirements writing
- Detailed Design creation
- Coding / Programming in Python, C
- Testing
- Verification
- Quality Assurance
Along with a significant amount of soft skills developed through working in a team of experienced professionals.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

1 day a week day-release to Cranfield University. The rest is on-site / project work.

There are plenty of clubs and groups to get involved with whether that be sports related, arts and crafts, or other things. Personally, I play football on a Thursday sometimes with a group of people from work at a sports facility neighbouring the site.
There are quizzes and other social events spread throughout the year too.
