Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
my role involves helping customers connect with the right team for products that will help enhance business performance as well as contributing to the bank.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
i am enjoying my programme with NatWest and feel really welcomed by my line manager and have been supported throughout my journey so far with both work related matters and outside. my team have been really helpful with answering questions i have regarding system process, conducting customer meetings as well as giving me my own projects to complete which builds on my knowledge. however, my learning side (BPP) feels quite unorganised eg. lots of outdated info on the learning hub, info from the previous cohorts that isnt relevant to us. and not well planned out with webinars being a copy and paste form the e-learing we have

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
ive developed my confidence significantly having to be with customers almost everyday as well as working part of a wide team

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
from a natwest stand point its okay, but the bpp again is not the greatest and feel as though it has room for lots of improvement
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
i feel well supported from my line manager and team, but the early talent apprentice hasnt really kept in contact after the 2 ish month mark of joining the bank. there arent any zoom scheduled/ check in calls
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
i only started my training 3 weeks ago but not much support with any revision sessions/ knowledge check sessions
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
so far not any as my first module is Digital and Ai evolution, so quiet unrelated to my role. but i know my last module is corporate and lending, so i am assuming that will be well related to the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
there are quite a few run by apprentices
