Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I support business change by designing high-quality learning solutions, managing learning projects end to end, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure learning is effective, accessible, and aligned to organisational strategy and standards.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The apprenticeship programme has provided me with so much knowledge which not only helps with my day to day role but wider information around the whole department.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have built on the communication skills I had whilst learning creativity and stakeholder management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is well organised. Some topics overlap in terms of assignment dates which I find difficult at times.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My line manager is extremely supportive and apprenticeships are often acknowledged by the group.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The training provider has hosted events allowing us all to get together and our tutor is so supportive. No question is too big and responses to emails are always quick.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Whilst the topics in the programme are interesting and HR related, I work in the Learning department which isn't a topic covered. That being said the wider knowledge does help with some skills needed.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are many apprenticeship / graduate activities available such as social lunches, meetings with senior leaders, charity events and department wide events
