Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Responding to emails, liaising with other project managers, engineers and the customer. Working on project documentation and tracking and scheduling projects. At the moment i am doing a lot of work with capability of our products and quality.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme. I did not enjoy my first placement but since moving into a more project management based placement I have enjoyed work significantly more.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed public speaking, collaboration, team work, professional responsibility. I have also learnt how to use a range of new online tools to help with project management and used for reporting.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Most of the time well structured however we do regularly receive conflicting information or changes to the structure.

I rarely ask for support from my employer but I know if I did I would have it.

The people who work here are lovely, the working space is nice. You have access to flexible working and room for career development.

Be yourself - I was told they can't teach personality but they can teach skills.
