Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I make different things out of metal, the metal that I most commonly use is aluminium and steel, the things that I make will most commonly be ventilation, stuff for in the kitchens and dorms. I also attend college 2 days a week.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot, the tutors are helpful as well.

I have learnt a lot of new skills from this apprenticeship that I didnt know before and now I used them everyday

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

In the bae site its well organised and I know whats going on, however at college it is very unstructured and after 6 months I finally got the last tutor that I need to help complete this apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support, from skills coaches and college tutors.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The tutors are always there and available for help however some college tutors arent there all the time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I understand more from what Im doing as the qualification is seen when im doing day to day work.

Dont be scared, have fun, work hard and ask lots of questions to the more experienced workers. STAR method for interviews
