I work as a systems engineer making sure components can be integrated to for systems and making sure systems can talk to one another

The work you get given is very good and very educational, they trust you with a lot of responsibilities and they give you lots of opportunities
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Make sure there is more on your CV than just school grades, they want people who have good people skills and experience outside of a school environment, also make sure you are well read up on the company and what they do and how they operate
