Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role allows me to enable the B2B selling of Cisco to partner sellers and lead education sessions to accelerate the selling of Cisco with other partners. I also hold a various amount of accounts in which I discuss future projects and opportunities and take ownership of them deals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Full exposure is given as a degree apprentice within all sectors of the company which allows me to understand the route and career I'd like to proceed in.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt communication skills since I joined, especially hosting events that require public speaking to large audiences. I have also seen that my sales skills have developed quite significantly, due to the opportunities that I have been given to execute.
