My role is focused on building, testing, and setting up computers and laptops for customer orders and sometimes documenting processes of work and updating customer systems.

I receive a lot of support from my employer who gives me the best answers possible when I need some help, ensuring they always provide the best guidance in both my role and anything learning related.

I receive a lot support from my training provider including regular one to ones sessions that review my progress and continuous guidance to help me further improve.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot of the coursework that I complete in my apprenticeship relates to the practical side of my role which helps me improve further my understanding.

Ask for help from the apprenticeship team and learning mentors when you are struggling as they are they to help you do your best.
