Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My workday varies as I flex across 3 different teams, each week I can be situated in different areas. This can be office based and working within a lab environment, where I carry out analytical tests on incoming materials to storing documentation and approving pack changes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My knowledge of the business and workplace skills have been expanded greatly, this is also further strengthened through knowledge, skills and behaviours within my university reviews and studies.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured including a role rotation every year to ensure workplace exposure along with a great balance of university.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is always available including opportunities to explore new skills such as carrying out projects and identifying development gaps.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Study Is carried out remotely with 1 week a year carried out in person, this provides less support than face to face teaching but support is always available if needed.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Most modules and topics intertwine with knowledge that is shared within the workplace. This helps to understand the underlying reasons for why and how work is carried out.
