I greatly enjoy the program at this point in time as it lets me work in my field of interest and make a difference however, as I am still toward the start of the program so I believe it is to early to give it 5 stars

4/5
as I am part of the first cohort of cyber apprentices for Babcock from what I understand the program is being workshopped but there is still enough structure to learn valuable skills

5/5
The level of support form Babcock is great the workplace is very friendly and you are encouraged to ask questions whenever you have them and there are support networks for things such as neurodiversity and women in STEM
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
the support from the training provider is good however due to not having access to them for the majority of the time due to the on the job off the job split it can feel like there is less support than there is
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
while a little early to tell I believe that the qualifications gained link well with the work done in workplace and they try to make you work on closely related things on and off the job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
