Day to day I feel that I am constantly learning and able to apply my university knowledge to apprenticeship application.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the job but elements of the apprenticeship, for example some workshops and the Early Careers side of the job I do not enjoy.

I learnt a variety of software skills as part of my role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the apprenticeship seems to always be changing but then those changes are not communicated to us from the Early Careers team.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of support from my Line Manager and placement team. Support from the Early Careers team can be limited.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

University support again can be quite limited but it depends highly on who you are contacting.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Alot of the fundamental skills learnt through university apply strongly to my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend working for BAE Systems and going down the apprenticeship route, however I would not recommend the Business Unit I am in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Remember to be your authentic self and be honest about what you are wanting to develop about yourself.
