My programme is extremely rewarding as it allows me to work alongside experienced engineers across a wide range of disciplines, and apply the knowledge I gain from University in a practical environment. In addition to my day-to-day role, my company also offers STEM outreach activities which allows me to network with other organisations as well as sharing my experience to students.
