Very varied roles, with exposure to lots of areas of HR and the wider business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the working element, however there are definitely some improvement areas for the college used.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes my skills have developed massively as I've entered and grown in a corporate environment. As well as additional skills and knowledge learnt through the formal learning element of my apprenticeship.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised with 4 x 6-month rotations in different HR specialist teams.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support received throughout to support my development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Lots of support provided by supervisors and line manager. As well as other members of the team through mentoring and 1-1s.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Fairly well, although very theoretical and can look very different in practice.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes I am part of the Board in our LGBTQ+ ERG and in the Wellbeing team. We also have a very strong Next Gen community.
