I work as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant at Perfect Placement, specialising in the Automotive and Motor Trade sector. My role involves matching candidates with suitable job opportunities and supporting clients in finding the right people for their vacancies.
On a day-to-day basis, I advertise roles, source and register candidates, screen CVs, and arrange interviews. I also communicate regularly with both clients and candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Alongside this, I keep our internal systems updated and work closely with colleagues to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a good extent as it helps me develop skills that are useful in my role at Perfect Placement. It gives me a better understanding of recruitment processes, communication, and organisation, which I can apply in my day-to-day work.
I also find it useful because it allows me to reflect on my performance and identify areas where I can improve, helping me become more effective in my role.
