lack of structure to the apprenticeship scheme within my intake specifically. every single person in my cohort has had major issues with exiting the apprenticeship into role. some people having to re do work 12 months after exiting their apprenticeships due to errors made by early careers. early careers have delayed me specifically coming out of my apprenticeship by 12 months as they are completely unorganised, not compliant with required standards, capability gaps impact the required output and would seriously benefit from structural and operational enhancement immediately.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

serious lack of support from skills coaches and early careers in general. not interested in the apprentices at all, missing deadlines for making by periods of up to 10 months.
