To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think I would have preferred a more traditional apprenticeship where the university portion wasn't full time. But overall a positive experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Went from nearly 0 understanding of electronics and RF theory to having a degree. Learned independence from university experience.

Again I think I would have preferred a different structure but the overall structure was well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Excellent benefits, friendly workplace and a supportive structure. I believe the apprenticeship scheme is the best way to get into the field.

If you are not already a graduate go through the apprenticeship scheme.
