4/5
I am a project controller, on a day to day basis i take raw data from software and manipulate it so that the project manager can digest it in meetings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
it is very enjoyable and it has a good balance of learning to actual work

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt both in the workplace and at uni. I have learnt how to use lots of software such as primavera P6, SAP and ARM. At university I have learnt the basic principles of project control.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very well structured and organised so there is little confusion.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
a good early careers team who is constantly supporting and helping out. always have someone who you can ask questions to and will support you if needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Good level of support, there is however sometimes a very steep divide between uni and work as you normally only know 1-2 people at uni who you are working with in your business unit
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that some of the things which are taught at uni are not always relevant specifically but to get a big picture view of project controls it is necessary
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
there is a 5-a-side football team within the business which is local to me
