My day involves sitting in meetings with my team, doing some work that they delegate to me as well as letting me contribute to various projects, making me feel like a valued member of the team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my time at BAE Systems, however it can get boring sometimes as often I might not have too much to be getting on with

It feels very organised and any changes made to the flow of the scheme are done in accordance with managers as well as ensuring we are supported

Cranfield University can be volatile and not helpful sometimes, with feedback being short and sometimes completely off topic or non-helpful
