In my role, I focus on steadily developing my technical capability across the full lifecycle of integration and application development. A key part of my day-to-day work involves actively studying and building skills recommended by team members, ensuring I align with the technologies and practices used within our projects.
On a daily basis, my responsibilities typically include:
Learning core integration concepts such as how different systems communicate, how data flows through platforms, and how integration patterns are applied in real scenarios.
Developing my understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), exploring services, tooling, and architectural concepts relevant to our team’s work.
Working with APIs, including how they are designed, consumed, and integrated within SAP landscapes.
Gaining hands-on experience with technologies such as XML and XSLT, particularly for data transformation and communication between systems.
Building JavaScript and SAPUI5 skills by working on UI development tasks, refining front‑end logic, and learning best practices for performant UI5 applications.
Developing and testing stored procedures, giving me exposure to backend logic, database interactions, and performance considerations.
Following the full development cycle, from understanding requirements to implementing logic, testing functionality, and learning how different tools and systems connect.
Continuously exploring new tools, frameworks, and techniques to expand my knowledge and contribute more effectively to the team.\

I thoroughly enjoy my role. It feels unlike other jobs I've had, the self growth is great and really feels like you are working as a team.

Yes. I’ve learned and strengthened several skills, including integration concepts, SAP BTP basics, working with APIs, XML/XSLT, JavaScript and SAPUI5, as well as stored procedures. I’m steadily building my full end‑to‑end development knowledge
