Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt many new skills. Before I started my apprenticeship I didn't even know what CAD meant and now after only 6 months I am fluent in AutoCAD software. I'm also improving my soft skills from working in a corporate environment, such as communication, time management and problem solving.

There is a perfect balance between college and work. On the job training has been well structured.

TfL offers a huge amount of extra-curricular from college network group, socials and sports team. There is something for everyone and they encourage setting up new groups wherever there is a gap and interest.
