To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I learnt a lot of new skills and information that I do use in my day to day work now. The person who lead my sessions was so informative and was able to answer all questions and was always available for support

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt so much new skills, some times it made my brain hurt ! Being able to put them into practice is so rewarding that my learning I can apply to my job role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised and structured, all workshops dates and times given in advance, which was helpful to plan around.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer / direct line manager was so invested and believed in me, I had so much support l with mentoring and questions, anytime I asked for help they put time in my diary to be able to give me all there focus and energy to supporting me through.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor with the training provider I didn't have the best experience with, which my line manger raised with the company. Other people from the training provider where very supportive due to be having to take a break from learning due to emergency surgery.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have volunteering days, events, social club evet with games nights and quiz nights.

Why?
I didn't think I would honestly be at Sodexo for as long as I have, I have stayed due to the company values, the way everyone is an individual, the ways to progress and learn on the job. The support and motivation from management is the best I have experienced, the Sodexo benefits are some of the best I have had as well.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sodexo UK?
Be honest in your work experience and application, we are a customer service focused company, and there is a job for everyone at Sodexo.
