as a technician we are given day to day tasks and we get to shadow other technicians and contractors to gain knowledge about the job

i enjoy the programme as there is a lot to learn and many people to network with and expand my knowledge.

as i am am still new in my apprenticeship i have learnt a lot however there is still more to learn and i am excited to understand more information
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

the structure is ok however some of the things we are learning do not correlate to the job and it can become overwhelming.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

the support is good as any questions i have can be answered instantly by either my manager or supervisor or somebody on the apprenticeship team
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

any support i need is provided and i can message them anytime within working hours
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

only parts of the qualification plays part in the role as there is alot of maths that we do not use
