Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
No
Why?
While it offers greate opportunities and long term careere progression for the future, the scheme is poorly organised and ran, with a lack of quality placements. There is no tailoring of placments to account for your own personal strengths, weakneses or aspirations.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
BAE is a very inclusive emplyer, and there is plenty of support for thoes that ask. The scheme could be fantastic if it was organised and ran better, it is work considering for future oportunities.
