Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I deal mainly with the sales ledger side of the accounts, this includes sending invoices, chasing payments and ensuring the bank is reconciled with the accounting software.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy studying this programme and the exposure to using it in real time while studying. The programme is challenging enough to keep me engaged without being too tough.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I started with Bryken studying my Level 2 Accounting Apprenticeship and have be taken through to my Level 4. During this time I have learnt new skills involved in accounting while developing my professional skills in the office.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme I am currently in is very well structured and organised however a previous provider was less organised which lead to a change to the current programme and provider.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer offers incredible support with time off for exams and any additional needs I have are always looked after. Changing needs withing the programme mean there has been an increase in my responsibilities and they have ensured this has happened.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from my current training provider is good, when I send an email I get a response quickly.
