Why?

Really good workplace culture and healthy balance of work and life. The benefits are generous and the pay is good for somewhere outside of london. They make pay accomodations for people who move here from far away to help them with moving out and in. The people are friendly and always helpful to new employees and apprentices/grads. The work is pretty much always interesting and someone can always find projects they enjoy doing.
