5/5
I have learned many new software skills, developed better communication and teamwork skills as well as increased my networking and career development passion.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The Programme is well organised and the managers are very involved in ensuring you get the most out of the apprenticeship. There is a very close network between the college/university and the company making for a smoother development process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A good amount of support. if you request further or speak up regarding issues then the company and the managers will increase the amount of support depending on the issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
A good amount of support. if you request further or speak up regarding issues then the company and the managers will increase the amount of support depending on the issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
there is a very close relation between the units we learn at college and the work we do on site. having these real world examples and direct correlation makes the learning easier and grasp technical and mathematical equations better.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
yes there are always lots of different social groups, new peoples networking sessions and professional networking events. having moved to the area for work this was one of the key things that got me through being away from home. having a network of young like-minded people that enjoy the same sports and activities as you.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Leonardo to a friend?
Yes
Why?
all round a great company, very good benefits, and the team are a great bunch
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Leonardo?
dont be afraid to take that leap of faith. if it means moving away, starting fresh, being outside of your comfort zone, thats where you develop the most.
