My role involves lab work on our oral solid dose manufacturing equipment and doing analysis of the data from our experiments. It varies day to day, but I am also involved in a range of activities across site for my personal and professional skills development.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme! I like the level of responsibility I am given in my role and the impact I have. I am very well supported and my role is so varied so I'm always learning new things and I'm never bored.
