To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoyed my apprenticeship with Sodexo. Because of it, i was able to step up into my professional journey, i gaied confidence and it allowed me to find my dream job - current role. The apprenticeship experience allowed me to connect with different professionals from all over the country and make real friends.
I enjoyed the most all the classes (although they were 5 + hours sometimes) , the learning method : comminate and use real life examples to understand the learning, made a huge difference.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

absolutely, the first thing ive learned, it to trust myself and be confident. Apart from that, as my role was front line at the time, it allowed me to learn how to use teams, outlook, how to write and effectively make a presentation. I have also gained confidence on public speaking and speaking in front of new people. This is on personal level.. On professional level , learned all the basics on human resources activities, culture building, engagement, people management etc.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it has a fabulous timetable, we were notifed in advance of any updates on times or deadlines for completing the projects. The tutuors were absolutely amaizing and understanding.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Sodexo supported me beyond, i was allowed to take a whole day a week (Friday) usually to focus on my learning and white the assignements. I also had the opportunity to shadow managers to complete basic hr tasks and gain confidence for my role in the future.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

the whole team was fantastic, going above and beyond if anyone from our class was behind or struggling with anything. The tutors were so patient and kind and i could not be more grateful for all the support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

every day i apply what i have learned, and all the skills i gained from the apprenticeship. It has definetly shaped who i am today.
