Coaching line managers on handling sensitive people issues

Supporting restructuring, redundancy, or TUPE processes
Advising on risk and appropriate outcomes
Ensuring compliance with UK employment law (or relevant country laws)
Reducing risk of Employment Tribunal claims
Liaising with legal teams when claims arise
Preparing documentation and witness statements
Reviewing ER trends (e.g., high absence rates, repeat grievances)
Improving ER processes
Delivering training to managers on ER best practice
Supporting change initiatives

Wasn't the best company and had a lot of issues with support - don't rate that company but Sodexo was really supportive with resolving issues and taking on the feedback
