Work, is brilliant. No complaints.
Brought down by terrible quality of Blackpool and Fylde College who train apprentices towards their degrees. Also, government pay cuts mean less pay than expected which is not ideal.

Commonly poor communication and organisation from early careers DPT and Blackpool and Fylde college.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Blackpool and Fylde college do not communicate well, drip feed information which was needed weeks prior, and teaching quality is lower than secondary school.
