For 4 days of work my work consists of carrying out practical tasks in the workshop whilst recording results and following the correct procedures. 1 day a week we do a college day which looks at the theory side of the work we do.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme as I enjoy the practical work we do and i enjoy doing hands on work.

I have learnt lots in both my practical and theory work. I have developed organization, communication and teamwork skills whilst working here which will help me progress with my career.

I feel that it is very organised as we have time to write up tasks after carrying them out. We also get time to complete college work.
