In my role I support the business by providing data for Project Managers to ensure the projects are on track and not overspent. I complete the same processes weekly/monthly on a drumbeat schedule .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work I am given through the same routine across months, as well as learning and working in a friendly community.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills surrounding professional mannerisms, project control processes, as well as the start of my off the job learning in motivating and leading teams and organisational governance. I have grown my skills in Excel and other Microsoft software's.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well structured through having a progression list of where learning is required as well as a schedule for when I can gain more responsibilty by learning how to complete tasks independently.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have many routes of support through my placement manager and team, line manager, skills coach, learning coach, an assigned buddy and other apprentices. This allows me to always have someone to reach out to for support in any situation.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive weekly catchups with my training provider, discussing my assignments, as well as getting fast feedback when assignments are submitted. Learning sessions are held monthly to go over topics and digest the assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification gives me support to perform better in my role through understanding how to manage teams better, whether through motivation or management techniques.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I get involved in STEM panels frequently where I can speak to other apprentices, as well as there being frequent social events with my team.
