In the workshop at energus completing jobs and learning new skills and experience for going on site in the future.

Enjoyable, but sometimes gets repetitive being in energus all the time

Yes, i’ve learned how to deal with break downs and how to repairs things in many different ways and having chance to practice this.

Well organised and lots of good ways to practice being in a real situation when you have to deal with breakdowns or react to something

There is lots of support as there is things put in place if i was struggling with my maths for example extra tutoring lessons

A lot as i got extra maths lessons which helped me pass the test as i wasn’t very confident

It is a great company and is great for future generations. I receive lots of help and advice and experience to gain my future qualifications and is an interesting job.

I would make sure that you have the knowledge to pass the tech certs and be prepared to get your head down and work
