I’ve learnt lots of new skills since starting my apprenticeship and i’ve had the chance to practise these new skills over and over to benefit myself.

Very well structured everything is in place, we do what we need to and learn what we need to at the appropriate times when appropriate.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Their is lots of support systems in place for if any apprentice every needs any help and sellafield are always there to talk to aswell.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support is given, we are told everything we need to know and are pushed so we can gain the correct qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Somethings are a bit different in the sense of the work we do but i can understand why other things would benefit us.
