Overall, how would you describe your experience at Forvis Mazars?
My experience at Forvis Mazars has been genuinely positive. The firm creates an inclusive, supportive environment where graduates are trusted with real responsibility early on. I’ve been able to pursue the ACA qualification with full funding and structured study support, while also enjoying a social, collaborative culture with sports clubs and regular events. Returning after my placement year felt natural because the team invests in your development and makes you feel valued. It’s a place where you can grow quickly and feel part of something meaningful.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role involves delivering audit testing across several areas, including payroll, admin expenses, and intangible assets. I enjoy the variety and the ownership you’re given over your work, as well as the chance to build strong technical skills in Excel and audit software. Job managers often ask what areas you’re interested in, which makes the work feel tailored and developmental. I particularly enjoy the analytical side of testing and understanding how different parts of a business operate through the audit process.
