Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Project Management - managing projects in terms of time, cost , quality and project delivery to ensure they are delivered on time at the right cost. Accumulating information to present to senior staff in reviews too. Lots of stakeholder management as well.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Excellent - really interesting work which I find fulfilling, and enjoy the course too.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Learned lots of Excel skills, as well as other programmes such as Microsoft Project - also how to handle difficult conversations and how to measure projects through various different criteria.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Skills coach is excellent and supportive, as can be programme staff.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a good amount of support from the employer, whether that is from 'Early Careers' running the apprenticeship, or from my placement in the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I can reach out to them, and they deliver weekly University sessions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Depends on the module topic, some more than others but I would say that I learn much more on the job personally. Might come down to personal learning styles though.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes - lots of networking events and opportunities to socialise as apprentices/teams, however depending on the cohort/group these may need organising organically e.g. not having the company organise.
