Im currently in Logistics but we move every 6 months, my next placement is in Production Planning. My day to day role includes, monitoring part movements, receipting in orders, monitoring critical lists and updating customers.

The amount of support we receive is unmatched. We are offered shares, pension contribution increases, bonuses and we also get a pay increase every 6 months as we go through the scheme!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Just be yourself! Do your research on the company but they care about your personality, its daunting but they have all the patience in the world when applying!
