In my role of welding inspection, we are currently based in Gen2. We learn a lot on welding inspection and have done a lot of welding. We are learning all 3 of the welding processes. Each day is different but we it usually involves doing some welding or inspecting some welds, then doing a learner journal and write ups after assessments.
