A team lead role in Computacenter’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE) centres on leading a global group of technical consultants, driving delivery quality, and shaping how customers and internal teams get value from the Now Platform. The role blends people leadership, delivery oversight, and strategic enablement.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoyed this programme as it allowed me to apply learning immediately, turning academic concepts into practical solutions for customers and internal teams. Instead of studying in isolation, every module connected directly to real projects, which made the learning feel purposeful and accelerated your development.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Developed a mix of technical, professional, and personal skills that go far beyond what a traditional degree alone would give. These came from juggling real customer projects, academic work, and the expectations of a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Computacenter supported me throughout the DTS degree apprenticeship ensuring I had enough time and support towards the programme, creating an environment where I could learn both academically, professionally.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Aside from a few hiccups at the start of the programme, the support from my learning mentor and the training provider was good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I believe the skills and development, including personal and professional skills has allowed me to perform better in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5

Yes
Why?
Computacenter has been fantastic in supporting me in my career progression and continued development.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
The strongest applications show who you are, how you work, and why Computacenter is the right place for you not just a list of skills. Bringing those three elements together creates a compelling, memorable impression.
