I am alot more confident since starting my job at CBRE in 2024 and I have gained alot more knowledge in Real Estate.

I have a good structure within my company considering I can be doing different tasks everyday. Sometimes I am in the office working or at university studying.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get a lot of support, my work is always reviewed and I always get feedback. My Colleges are always willing to read over my university work.

I always have colleges offering to help me with my studies. I have regular check in meetings with my mentor and university.

Working towards my university degree through my training provider helps me perform better in my role as I am studying and working towards my degree while also getting hands on experience.

There are always social activities and networking events going on in my company weekly and I always attend them when I can.
