Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My day-to-day involves shadowing building managers and ensuring smooth running of the building by handling reactive maintenance issues, assisting with planned preventative maintenance, and liaising with contractors and clients . I also help monitor compliance, update records, and ensure service standards are being met.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I think the aspect of this programme that i enjoy the most is that no day is the same and you almost get excited to see what the day brings. also the fact that CBRE give us experience in all different sectors through the length of the programme to not only take lessons from them but also to build your network as well as giving yourself time to think what area suits you the most and gives you an idea of where you want to go in your future.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well organised and clearly structured, with a good balance between practical, on-the-job experience and structured learning. I have clear objectives to work towards, regular support from my manager, and opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility as my confidence grows.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer. My manager and team are always available to guide me, give tips to improve, and provide lessons I can take with me to develop my skills.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my training provider while working towards my qualifications. They give me examples of what previous apprentices have done, offer ideas to help me improve, and are always available to answer any questions I have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It gives me the knowledge and guidance I need, plus practical examples and ideas that I can apply directly to my day-to-day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
CBRE offers extra-curricular activities alongside the day-to-day work. These can include staff networking events, training workshops, team-building exercises, and opportunities to get involved in sustainability or community initiatives. They help build skills, make connections, and support personal and professional development.
