Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role does not change however what I do day to day will typically change every six months to align with my new rotation in different consulting practice areas. A day in the office or WFH will typically look like logging on around 8am to do some university and admin work before starting at 9, i roughly have an hour or two of meetings most days. Then working on slide decs for client workshops or research depending on the type of project I am working on. Some rotations lean more into the data extraction and analytics whilst others are much more variable and in client sites a lot more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I do enjoy the program, I think the experience gained is great and it is a good scheme to get onto. The people are lovely and support is always there.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes many, coming straight out of school my research, presentation, speak and many more skills where not developed to the extent they are now. The client exposure and meetings I have been added to have allowed me to see how to utilise and shape them better to aid me in the workplace.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend CBRE Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I love the place, the people and my job. I feel to be so young within the workplace that is so rare. The company as a whole offers so much support whenever and wherever they can. I am very lucky in my role I feel I get so much exposure to clients and project work. And the university degree is great.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CBRE Group?
Just be yourself.
