- Assisting with rent reviews and lease renewals
- Drafting letters, reports, and negotiation documents
- Attending inspections and recording property details
- Supporting senior surveyors with casework and client tasks
- Updating trackers, managing files, and completing admin tasks
- Studying and developing APC competencies
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

- I really enjoy my programme and find the work engaging and interesting.
- I like the balance of practical experience and learning new skills.
- At times it can feel quite time‑pressured, especially when university deadlines and work - commitments coincide.
- Overall, I’m very satisfied, but managing workload peaks is the main challenge.
