Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

on a day to day basis i will get into the office log all my off the job from the day before do any expense reports that i need to. i will then talk my supervisor on if there is anything on the ppm of the week that i can get on with. if there is not i will walk around the site looking for something that could use my attention.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy the working part of this apprenticeship however the college part of my course isn't relevant towards my day to day activities so for that reason its rated at a 4/5
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

There has been a number of skills that i have learnt whilst being on the apprenticeship however there has also been a load of skills that i have been able to develop to really try and help my fulfill my potential to be the best engineer i can be.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the apprenticeship has been very good with new ways from CBRE to get the education across whilst on our local sites.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support i get from my manager and supervisor as been top notch always able to explain/ re explain anything that i don't fully understand and always able to find work and help support me through my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider isn't the best but not terrible they are always expressing they can help however they have a very poor communication issue where they forget to send emails. Also note that i am still new to the apprenticeship so this could improve as we progress further into the future.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Within what i do at college it is very rare that i will be able to transfer them skills into my day to day working life. Apart from health and safety most of what we learn is maths and its rare that we use the high level of mathematics within day to day.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At my site there are no social activates or any of the rest that's listed.

Try and be yourself but also try and get your name out there by going above an beyond to really get noticed to give yourself the chance at joining this great company.
