Bit more support on site from line manager to help complete portfolio and learn plant / systems on site

There is support to learn on site although when it comes to moving site it is a bit more difficult, therefore making it harder to work towards competency and qualifications
College support is good. Comes to check on site every few weeks and follow up on coursework / portfolio

The level 3 NVQ qualification will help me get a job within the maintenance industry although I believe the training structure towards the qualification could be better
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
Rare social networking and social activities outside of work
