Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Attending/hosting meetings regarding the projects that I am involved in. This could be in the form as a project manager role, or a technical role developing a digital solution for the project. Attend team meetings to report back on the work we are doing and engage in any business communications. Carry out any relevant training.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the programme very enjoyable, I enjoy the things that I am working on and the ability to move around the different business areas.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Prior to my apprenticeship I was unable to code in any language and had no experience in project management. I am now learning python and SQL through my university course and how to build dashboards and apps in the power platforms, and have ran a project as the project manager.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say the programme is very well organised and structured, with minimal uncertainty about the next steps and what type of work I'll be involved in.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I would say I receive lots of support from my employer, through my manager, team members and wider colleagues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I don't think that the support I receive from the training provider is adequate, and often struggle to get straight answers and assistance when needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I would agree that the content we learn through the training provider is relevant to the job role and helps out to a certain degree, but the majority of my skills have developed through the job, not the learnings from the training provider.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are groups you can get involved with that match your interests and values, as well as sporting groups and networking opportunities.
