Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I am based at different sites around Manchester and help out at each site. It consists of reacting to any reactive problems and working on running the site. I also am involved in all the online systems for compliance and raising POs against the budgets so day to day will be updating them with the relevant information.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as no two days are the same. It give me a wide range of knowledge and experience in different fields of Facilities Management and Property management.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new skills and knowledge on FM including being able to communicate with clients and tenants better and my IT skills for the compliance and budgets has greatly increased.

The programme is well structured and gives me time to work on my college work aswell as my normal work.

I get lots of support from all my mangers and people I work with.
