Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

This particular rotation lies within the residential sales team. where we are responsible over selling new homes and resales properties, day to days include price work, call outs/viewings. Usually have some project focussed work for future schemes, work can include finding comps for pricing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's a fantastic programme - sheer size of the next gen community means lots of other similar characters. Higher ups always friendly and knowledgeable, stunning work place.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely learned a lot over past few years - rotational scheme means there's constantly opportunities to learn things. However less focus on learning new things in the later years.
