Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Firstly we come into the changing rooms and put on our PPE, we then go into the workshop where will complete a risk assessment and be shown how to carry out the task safely then we will carry out the task and once we are finished we will write it up.

I enjoy the apprenticeship as everyday is different.

I have learnt lots of new skills especially about electrical due to having not much experience about it.

It’s quite structured as we have tech certs on a Monday every other day except one is in the workshop and then half a day for write ups
